Principal JAMES J. JIMMERSON is the senior partner of the law firm of Jimmerson Hansen, P.C. Mr. Jimmerson is a native Las Vegan.
Mr. Jimmerson attended George Washington University and Columbia Law School. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar, the Nevada and U.S. District Court of Nevada in 1976; to the California Bar in 1977; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit in 1978; the U.S. District Court, Central District of California in 1981; and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1982.
He has authored several articles for legal periodicals on subjects ranging from business torts to family law and representation of celebrities and professional athletes. Mr. Jimmerson also has served as a moderator and panelist for the American Bar Association’s annual meetings on business torts litigation and family law litigation, and has spoken throughout the United States on orthopedics and the law and on many subjects, including trial skills, cross-examination, and the art of taking depositions.
Mr. Jimmerson is a former long-time member of the State Bar of Nevada Board of Governors and served as a lawyer representative to Ninth Circuit Judicial Conferences. He has been a Member of the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association, and has been selected to be in The Best Lawyers in America and Pre-Eminent Lawyers in Martingale-Hubbell. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, and a member of the Family Law Section of the ABA. Mr. Jimmerson also is a certified mediator and arbitrator for both the AAML and the American Arbitration Association.

LYNN M. HANSEN, ESQ.
Principal LYNN M. HANSEN received her legal education at McGeorge School of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Science - Nursing from the University of Maryland and a Masters from the University of Washington. She served on, and was published in, the Law Review while attending McGeorge School of Law and was a staff writer for the Pacific Law Journal.
Ms. Hansen is also a former psychologist and registered nurse who has served on the faculty of Arizona State University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Ms. Hansen’s primary emphasis in her practice of law is Medical Malpractice Defense, Insurance Law and Health Care Law.
She is a member of the State Bars of Nevada (1985) and California (1984), the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit (1987) and the American Bar Association. Ms. Hansen has formerly served as a member of the State Bar Disciplinary Committee, the Board of Bar Examiners and Nevada’s Medical Legal Screening Panel.
Ms. Hansen also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of USAA Savings Bank and is associated with the Nevada Law Foundation and the Association of Managed Care Lawyers.

MARIO P. LOVATO, ESQ.
Mr. Lovato grew up in Southern California and attended college at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he received a B.A. in Political Science. He then attended law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California where he received his J.D., with Great Distinction, in 2000, graduating 4th in his law school class. Mr. Lovato received the top score in class in Family Law (American Jurisprudence Award), Advanced Torts (Witkin Award for Academic Excellence), and Civil Pretrial Litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Lovato excelled in oral and written advocacy. He was selected to represent the law school on several moot court teams competing on a national level, including the National Moot Court Team (twice) and the ABA Moot Court Team. Mr. Lovato also received Honors in Trial Advocacy, Best Brief–Honorable Mention in Appellate Advocacy, and was selected to the Final Four Oral Argument competition. Mr. Lovato was on the Dean’s List three years, received the Traynor’s Society Award, and graduated Order of the Coif.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Lovato relocated to Southern Nevada. He is admitted to the State Bar of California (inactive), State Bar of Nevada and is a member of the Clark County Bar Association. Mr. Lovato was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada in 2000.
Mr. Lovato specializes in a variety of areas, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate matters, gaming matters, sports law, and family law.

MICHELE L. ROBERTS
Michele L. Roberts was born in Su-Won City, South Korea. She relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2003 from Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Roberts received her J.D. from John Marshall Law School 2000, Roosevelt University, B.S. and Political Science 1997. Admitted Illinois 2000; U.S. District Court 2000; Northern District of Illinois 2002; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; 2004, Nevada. Member of the Nevada State Bar and Clark County Bar Association.

SORAYA M. VEIGA, ESQ.
Soraya was born in New York City, New York. She received a B.A. in Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She then attended law school at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego, California, where she received her J.D., in 1998.
Soraya is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada. Soraya is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Soraya specializes in a variety of areas, including family law, civil litigation and construction defect litigation. Soraya has also represented individuals and companies in workers compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice plaintiff anddefense.
